Silviu Ciucă boasts over 25 years of experience in auditing and accounting. His integrity fosters a culture of honesty and transparency within the team, enhancing our ability to build lasting client relationships.

Career

Early Career: After graduating, Silviu began as an economist and later as a broker. He served as Chief Accountant at Navrom Bac, a prominent Romanian river transport company.

2004: Silviu became an advisor on accounting, taxation, internal audit, and financial consulting for the company managing the Navrom group. He prepared feasibility studies for significant investments, including:

• Modernizing the fleet (financed by the World Bank)
• Purchasing two fast vessels for Danube Delta transport (financed by BCR)
• Reinforcing the "Căminul Navigatorilor" building, now CNFR Navrom's headquarters (financed by BCR)

2007 – Present: As Managing Partner of CIUCĂ AUDIT, Silviu oversees all company activities, including planning, budgeting, IT, HR, and marketing. He implements robust internal controls and introduces innovative ideas to enhance process efficiency. His client-centric approach focuses on delivering solutions to critical challenges.

Community Involvement

From 2010 to 2015, Silviu served as President of the Disciplinary Commission of CECCAR Galați, contributing to the professional community's integrity and standards.
